Silk_SK wrote:Dude, you have been improving. Most videos I've seen from you have generally really good editing, but in this one I saw you really concentrate on scene selection that didn't just match the music, but enhance it. Not only that, but you did so while maintaining a SICK beat sync. Kudos on finding a good sense of build-up and climax as well. You really knew when to dial it back a bit before TURNING IT THE HELL UP. Fantastic work.

I don't usually enjoy this kind of music, but that was a really awesome video. In particular, your flow throughout the whole video was pretty damn fantastic. My only problem with it was that sometimes there was too much going on at once in terms of the scenes you chose, making it hard to follow. Real nice work though

It's cool to see an empowering vid featuring magical girls. 8-)

However, other than the gun sync, it seemed mostly just really fast random scenes; I didn't have time to process anything almost the whole time, it was just too rapid-fire so there was no time to settle in. You also missed a great "hit" opportunity at 0:46. Instead of something big happening on the BOOM, we just get a bunch of scenery/smoke flying by. There should've been some kind of explosion or something, ya know? That gave a poor first impression. And the rest of the video, as I said, didn't recover from that poor impression.

It could've been a lot better. But I liked the combination and theme.

I felt the video showed Magical Girls in a different way which is nice once and awhile. While some of the scenes are hard to process because they go by so quickly I still like them that way. if the scenes were slowed down or stayed too long it would of messed up the flow of the video. I think it was balanced nicely while keeping it quick pace flow wise during the entire video. Nice work Reggie!
