  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

First off, I feel i should acknowledge when i noticed this was dubstep my expectations were a tad tainted...

That said, overall liked this AMV.

- The synching done here was superb and very tight with the beat. Especially liked the segment at 2:13-25.
- I'm a guy who places a lot of value in story telling in AMVS. Because of this i was trying to get some form of story telling out of this one but couldn't. Maybe just me? I'm not familiar with this show also.
- The most negative thing i could say about this is though i didn't want to, i kept getting that feeling of someone slapping random fight scenes here even though it's obvious from the effort in the editing that that wasn't the case here.

Actually, it's drum & bass, not dubstep.

There is a light plot throughout the video. The show itself doesn't have much of a plot. It's largely an episodic, villian-of-the-day type show.

I'm impressed with how clean this looks overall for such an old source.

Relation of rythm video was cool. Interesting source but too bad
it was drum & bass. Original song would be much more interesting :)

2/5 ..but!!

Nice point, I think the same, so +1

2/5
Just to make sure I'm understanding you correctly, the low rating was largely because of the song choice?

Yeah, they did a rather nice restoration considering what they probably had to work with. Actually, the video itself is largely unfiltered. In a few shots where I zoomed in, I added grain back in so that it matched the rest of the footage; but that was about it for filtering.

Haha no, it's just not a video of my preference.
Technically it could be better o/

Totally slipped my mind to reply with holidays going on.

Ok, fair enough.

What would you suggest for improvement?
