My Past Is My War [The Quickening - Round 3]

"Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, otherwise known as PTSD, is defined as a condition in which a person experiences enduring physical or psychological symptoms after an extremely stressful event or series of events.
In World War I, this problem was known as Shell Shock.  During World War II, this was called Combat Fatigue.  Now, it is known as PTSD."

Well, I wanted to make something different from the usual war video with this song. I'm going to study psychology this year, and I've decided to use PSTD for this video. PSTD used to affect people who have been in war. But they can be affected by the things you see in this video too. Angel Beats! is perfect for this.
I'm not really satisfied with the video. I have to say the end is really rushed, but, unfortunately, I couldn't make it look better because I won't have time next 2 days for editing. But at least I tried. Btw, the ending has a connection to the first 50 seconds of the video, and it's for free interpretation.
I don't think I'll pass this round of the quickening, but wish me good luck.

Did I just see a Steins Gate scene too?

I will admit that I expected more for this (Round 3 with one of the easiest songs for editing). Too long opening scene, very abrupt ending, pacing felt good most of the times, and then would get complicated. Nice anime you chose there, but it just felt that you could have done better. Good luck anyway out there!

Ahh, PTSD. Nice theme to follow (I'm not studying Psychology, but Physioterapists like me have to know that). Didn't know it could be defined as Shell Shock, now I understand why there is a videogame named so.
Angel Beats & This is war? Why not, asd. I like weird combinations.
The video was quite cool. You exceeded a bit with zooms, but I guess that you made it in a hurry and it can be forgiven .
