There are a few technical problems I noticed. First, the aspect ratio includes stretched 4:3 footage. See this for an example of what I mean:
This is the footage you've got in your video...
This is what it should look like. Obviously, you've got the movie included (which is 16:9) so you've got to make a choice to go with a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. Either way, you're going to have to crop your footage to respect the aspect ratio. This'll keep things from looking "stretched."
I noticed a lot of blended frames, too. If you're using Sony Vegas, make sure you disable clip resampling, or it will do evil things to your footage, especially when you change the playback speed. See this pic for an example of the blended frames:

Apart from that, it's got pretty good internal sync! Lots of good attention to detail and creative ways of syncing to the music, which I think is great in an action video. The story and concept is clear, and the ending is quite fitting. As for criticism... there's too much black fading going on and your zooms need a bit of work. Also, lots of cross-fading in action videos tends to bug me. Hard cuts work better almost all the time.
If you overlook the technical issues, this video is pretty good. Nice job!
