Just a quick note before my review that the link you provided was actually an "indirect" link, and not a direct link. An indirect link takes you do somewhere where you can download the video after hitting a few buttons. A direct link is where you can "right click" and save the file right away. Just an FYI.

First AMV? I'm shocked. This was pretty nicely executed.
Pretty nice visual quality on such an old anime. Props.
I think that it could have used a little bit of a more upbeat pace in terms of scene selection and editing cuts, since this is a very fast paced song, and it was just a little slow in this department.
Lyrically, however, you hit the song very nicely. I felt like you did a very good job of capturing the dark tones of the song, and really hit the "after-apocalypse" feel to it.
Overall, you did a nice job. I'm really not a Fist fan, but this one made me watch it all the way through and add it to my collection. I think it needed a little more polish, but you did a nice job anyway.
