Re: Lucid Dream ~Haibane Renmei~
Uhm, another fan od Haibane Renmei? Nice, it's so mysterious anime. Abe's always impressed me.
Amv as a first clip is good, but...
You slowed some scenes, right? Skips looks very bad. Scene in 1:55 when Rakka smell her hand imo doesn't fit
However quiet climat and balanced editing =
Good luck with another project and i hope you will use Haibane Renmei once more.

I liked it as a whole. Good flow, consistant mood-- very calming and dreamy.
There are problems with visual quality, (jerking in the pans and faded colors). Some of of the crossfades seem to cut off a touch abruptly. Toward the end when you see a character wake up in bed, and then see a close up from another scene* it is kinda jarring. It made me think the dream was over, but then it wasn't.
*The one Frezio also didn't like

Hello, thanks for the comments. Turns out, the skipping is actually the way the original footage looks. It just stands out more when you see it in a music video. I went in and adjusted a couple of scenes, frame by frame, to fix the problem, but it was a lot of work. The remaining skips don't really bother me that much, but I might fix them eventually anyway.
The ending is supposed to represent "waking" from a dream, followed by a conscious descent back into it (i.e. lucid dream).
