That was pretty nice.
I didn't like some of your random flash/zooming/black&white flickering beat synching near the start, I didn't feel it was necessary and it ruined the flow of the video since you only hit a few beats making it look very very random....also I wasn't sure about the frame-blendy looking effect about midway. Actually I'm not even sure if it was an effect at all....but something that was in the anime itself or just sped up footage.
Other than that I really enjoyed it when the music picked up, it's a nice idea and different from your normal AMVs. Good job! 
P.S. Interesting source too, might have to check it out sometime. ^^
