Took a while to complete.

It would mean alot if everyone told me exactly what they thought of it in detail (good or not) so that I can improve. I understand that this isn't perfect but I tried my best. ^^;

Enjoy.

Liked this overall :3

I felt your beginning was a bit slow though, and also felt that the tiny little overlayed scenes you used)) example :08 wasn't needed even though I understood why you were putting them there. I think if you have chosen something different, or a few more scenes into that segment those overlays wouldn't have been neccessary.

I liked some of the scenes you picked for various tunes in the music, like around :38- :41, think that was nice felt good for the music though the scenes after that took away a little from the emotion where was if maybe you had kept her falling back just a tiny bit more could have seen that emotion between scenes&music a lot nicer and better.

Some scenes were a little too short though, then some awkwardly long.... Something I myself is trying to learn that while its important to sync your video, its also important to not over sync your video :3 Or being able to point out what might look a little too awkward for something watching.. :59-1:09. Felt like those should have been opposite, like the more beats should have put the faster clips, but then when the song changes a little or the beats slow put slower clips. Not super long ones where it drags on a bit.

I also felt that the ending held a lot of emotion and that you should have put way more into it then just those simple scenes, like put the real raw emotion of kanon there so we could see what everything was building for ((a beautiful soft ending of her sitting on the bench....

Think little more work was needed between transitioning, some scene selection, and the use of overlays. I think the emotion was there though which was a plus! As I'm a sap for them emotions, moods, and atmosphereic AMVs >D.

Hope this helps <3
Sorry for sooo many I's O_O

Thanks so much. This is the kind of review of my AMV that I was looking for. I knew that there were probably a lot of mistakes and problems with it and I was hoping someone would give me a review as detailed as this. :D Its really helpful!

Emotion: I'm happy you seen the emotion that I was trying to put into this. xD And I'm exactly like you. I LOVE emotions, moods, and atmospheric AMVs. <3

Scene Selection: Yeah, I kinda realized that the scene with her falling was a little short. ^^; But I thought it looked alright so I just kept it there. xD About some scenes being long and some being short, I do that a lot. I'm trying to stop doing that but I guess it just randomly happens. I guess I think it fits xD

Overlays: I thought it matched the music? ;A; But I guess I could have picked something different. I thought the overlays kinda fit. I wanted to show how they used to walk together as kids in a happier time but later, they walked together in a much sadder time.

Once again, thanks so much! :3

This is an excellent artistic amv.
And who am I to put a rating or score on art?
Welp...
4/5
This amv definitely told a story of a boy's dedication to the girl he loved.
Editing style: i loved the blue shading you did at one part. When the music sped up, you kept pace with it (AWSM JOB BTW) the overlays worked when the music was fast, but when it was slow, the overlays didn't stay on the screen long enough and i was like "whoa what was that?"
Please keep working hard and don't let criticism get you down! You're an excellent editor.
I hope to see more from you ^_^!
