Here's a detailed review from my perception.
1) The first 16 seconds are actually a pretty interesting opening. But more approrpiate scenery would be for better.
2) :17-1:18 really doesn't fit to the music or the beat to me. The AMV's supposed to be regarding spike, correct? WE really don't see him until 1:20. This time would be better spent setting up the seeking Spike will be doing. Or at least matching the flow/beat of the music. Plus, this section is in dire need of more scenes and more more editing. As is, it really looks like one big section of video. Plus, we don't see Faye the rest of the video, which kind of gives this opening a false set up.
3) 1:19 - 2:03 - Right type of scenery/scenes needed, but needed to really hit the beat of the music or the lyrics. Again, it looked like one big montage of footage without much editing. Hitting the flow would really be good.
4) 2:04-2:24 - Kind of anticlimatic. He finds him, but goes back to searching for him again? To me, it seems like if you're going to go back to searching, you need to transition or show us that maybe he got away from the train ride, and he's having to start the search over.
5) 2:26-2:51 - See comments for 3.
6) 2:51-3:25 - Again, good scenery choices, but it needed to be really matched to the lyrics, matching the words being sung or to the music being played. Plus, again, since the AMV is supposed to be about spike, correct? More focus on spike here would probably be the best.
7) 3:25 -3:28 [A little long on the blurred vision here. Move forward quicker for massive profit!]
8) 3:28 - End - ACtually, a pretty good ending, but fading to black and having the black end with the music, twould be awesome.
Overall, 3/5. It needed more editing and flow, but it was definitely better both quality and scenery wise than most first new/beginning videos.
What, I really think you should ready is this, which would be a good thing to read for kind of a better explaniation of what I'm talking about with sync and flow.
Oh, and I kept thinking of THIS whenever I was watching the video.

Simple AMV but it's a slow song so that's no big surprise. I liked the beginning, you got the mood down well, but it kind of gets dull and drags on when Spike is looking around the city. Then suddenly they're randomly in the hanging traincar and that shot of Spike pointing his gun goes on way too long, then some actions starts and suddenly Spike is randomly walking agian? I felt the part where Spike falls out of the window matches the song right there very well, but the rest of that scene was so-so. I really liked the outtro, very slow again but it fits the music well.
So I guess I'd suggest filling out the slow "searching" parts with more clips and double the number of cuts, or add effects on beat, or something. And fix the flow of the story. You might want to try a quick fade-to-white transition and color overlays to establish a "flashback" look for appropriate sections of the video.
