I'm not... sure... how to react...
It was definitely odd, but I'm not sure if that was for the better or worse... I'll settle for a 2/5 though, because oddity aside, it still lacked on the technicals - way too much blocks on that encode, and also some of the scenes looked poorly upscaled. Some effects were also really bad, like the twirls. If oddity was what you were striving for, I think you could have cut it down shorter, too. If you were not so much trying to make something odd, then you failed the basic combo and editing style for the vid altogether which would make this more or less a complete failure imho - the anime just does not go well with the song, so unless this jarring feeling was wanted... well, I said it already, no need to reiterate.

I don't get it

Your editing however shows a lot of promise, I'm just not sure what you were trying to do here - or how the editing tricks that you used contributed to it in any way. I think some of the editing can come off as "bad" (like the twirls mirko mentioned), but honestly it's hard to see it as good or bad - what I can't get it is where it's all going. Whatever it was though, you obviously had fun with it!

It was okay, but the song and anime pairing didnt work, and the twirl effect seemed... akward.

Unlike other people, I found quite a bit of humor in the source choices.
I didn't like the swirls, pans, or zooms though.
It felt a lil dry.
I felt like it had potential to be a lot better

I have to agree on the fact that the effects didn't look quite good in most of the cases (the twirl one was overused in some point, and even though I consider there might have been 2 good executions, the other ones didn't look good). It would be kinda the same with the film effect. A good point of the video is the good overall flaw with the song, it never felt boring. Another thing that didn't look quite good were the zooming effect, while it can be a cool effect to do when used correctly, it can make the footage look real bad. And the last thing that I think you could improve a little was the lip sync that you think you attempted to realize in some parts, or if you didn't, make it look so.

Overall, like I said, I liked the flow of the thing, the effects could get better.

Like Nom fag said, Some of the pans were unecessary. I can see what you were trying to do, at parts it felt choppy. Like I told you before, ease of the blurs, but no one listens to me.

Nice try with the AE they're, still needed some tuning. I felt the video had potential, I can tell you put alot of effort, You just needed to spend more time on it till the video felt perfect.
