Glad to finally see this up here. Out of all your videos, I like this one best. I like that you used in-game footage, whereas a lot of people will usually stick to the full motion cutscenes. I know that you tend to work from game and DVD rips, so I think you need to work on converting your footage for editing properly. We can over this later on MSN or something.

As for the editing, I liked the sync style in this video and the overall structure. I think your color corrections could've used some adjustments and you repeated a few scenes.

Pretty good. Although, I was expected some Halloween Town clips, but overall, gave KH a kinda creepy feeling.

Thanks. :] About the Halloween Town clips, I actually wanted to use as few cutscenes as possible, since I think mixing cutscenes with FMV's doesn't work at all. I used a few here (which, now that I think of it looks even more stupid than using a lot) in attempt of lipsynch to the "I am the..." parts...

I would think, call me crazy if I'm wrong here, but;
that a forum that's as known and wide as this one is, filled with editors and what-not, that you people would know how to give proper comments. I mean, it's fine if you hate the video or the editing, it's an old video, I can deal with hate-mail, but is it too much to ask to be told what in the editing made you hate it? Excuse me, sir, but your comment is straight up lame, it gives me no pointers, no knowledge of the mistakes in my editing and no chance to improve my future work. I apologize if I'm being rude, tho with your comment, I do think my post isn't even close to crossing the line.
I was told you people were tough, but no one told me that some of you aren't capable of constructive comments.

Some of the scenes captured the mood nicely, but overall I'd say the lack of emotional impact in the editing and the distinct anatopism of chibi characters and seeing micky and goofy dilly-dallying about took me out of what atmosphere there was.

I have an explanation to that! :D It's not good, but at least I have one! Mickey creeps me out. That's why. xD He's... he's what nightmares are made of. And his real name is Molesty Mouse obviously, the way he jumps at Riku. Same with Donald and Goofy, they seem to be raping Sora. So that's why. I suppose you could call it a lame mood-lifter? :D thanks. x3

Only thing I didn't like was some patches of chroma keying that looked "ugh.." :|

Thanks. :3 I overused the chroma effects in this video. xD In my defense, I was still a noob with Adobe Premiere (actually I think I still would be if I had the program) while making this, my sixth and last video with it, I think. So I wasn't familiar with most of the effects that well just yet. Thanks. ^^

I actually must say I like the banner. It's simple, but it sums the video up and that's all that's needed in banners anyway, some are better some are not, but I like this one.

You seem genuinely interested in feedback so here's a little more detail than usual:

I like your music choice to go with Kingdom Hearts. I also liked when you introduced a character to go along with the song: "I am the one hiding under your stairs." You managed to bring out the darker side of Kingdom Hearts.

But... the bumper was too long for me, about 10% of the video is the bumper. The color changes were too much, because I didn't see any idea behind them in general (why green here? why red here?). I wouldn't have minded if you stuck to a theme... like matching voices with colors, e.g. black and white on verses and color on chorus, or something that seems motivated by an idea. The scrolling light bars were distracting, instead of watching the footage you chose, I'm watching a light bar bounce back and forth and thinking that you must have been bored with your footage.

Anyway, keep the fresh ideas coming.

Thank you, that is exactly what I want, comments that tell me what I did wrong or what could have been better, so thank you very much.

About the colours; it's in the lyrics,
"Red and black and slimy green", I used green in that part for the first time (the red effect was used before that once or twice), and I didn't want that effect to jump randomly in one point only, so I added it to the end, too.

About the bars; I wasn't bored myself, but for example in the "I am the one hiding under your bed" part, I only wanted to use the HQ footage of that character, and I was afraid the viewers might be bored if I didn't find a way to follow the playful rhytm on the introducing parts.

As for the video. This is probably one of the only good KH vids I have seen as of late.....most people are just, blech with KH fooatge, so I applaud you on your effort and use of it.

As for the Chroma Keying in some parts of the video. Could have used a little tweaking here and there. The sync and flow was over-all well rounded, but it felt a tad over-synced in my opinion. But that might be just me. Some scenes also looked out of place but other than those things, I really saw nothing else wrong with it. Except the quality here and there. But that can always be fixed.

Over-all, a well put together video that managed to keep me interested till the end. 3.5/5
