Azumanga Frenzy

Post by SushiMaster » Fri Aug 14, 2009 4:53 pm

Hey everyone! I'm new to music video making (but I've seen plenty) and I just wanted to announce my first video here!

Image

Title:Azumanga Frenzy
Category: Fun, Sentimental, Drama, Serious
Anime: Azumanga Daioh
Song: Come on, Come out
Artist: A Fine Frenzy
Creator: Sushimaster

Azumanga Daioh can be crazy at times, but I wanted to show the heartwarming side of it. There's still funny scenes in it but I tried to keep it more on the fun side than the crazy. Please give me your honest opinions! Hope you all enjoy!

I actually watched it.

First: 320x240? Nonono. Try to read AVTech and get nice and clear picture ^^ I have AzuDai DVDs and it should be 640x480. The footage was skippy too.

Second: there was a logo (not TV) in the first frame. Either shift the scene or don't use it or cover it somehow (what about "accidentally well positioned" name of the video?)

Third: Some scenes were on the screen for a little too long. Not breaking the flow, but it felt a little more sleepy than it should have, probably.

But overally, you captured the mood nicely and it seemed like a nice video. Around 3/5, I'd say, possibly 4 and more if you fix the technical issues ;x

Thanks for the tips! They're greatly appreciated. I'll see what I can do about the title sometime later (it doesn't really bug me too much), but I uploaded a better quality version of the video like you said and it really makes a difference.

Thanks for the feedback.
