I've never been much into AMV's and video editing, but I watched Neon Genesis Evangelion for the first time a few weeks ago. For some reason I just could NOT stop thinking about it, and I was struck with the urge to make an AMV out of it set to Sarah Brightman's "Eden" which I had heard for the first time years ago.
So, this is it - All the footage is taken from the episodes, for some reason my End of Evangelion DVD wouldn't rip so I couldn't get any footage from that
But oh well. I think it's good for my first AMV!I tried to make this video emphasis the trauma and pain that the children Eva pilots had to go to, as opposed to just the giant mecha fighting. This is supposed to be an emotional video and not an action flick, so you are warned.
ANY comments, criticism, etc would be very welcomed!(also I don't know if this is against the rules or something, but the FTP kept timing out when I tried to upload my video on the site so I'm just going to link to the YouTube version).
