In a world without sorrow...

Post by Chaobunny12 » Fri Oct 24, 2008 5:10 pm

Warning: Major spoilers for Utawarerumono. Tagged but just repeating here to make sure. It's an amazing anime for those who haven't seen it.

The theme of this video is rather complicated; it's an attempt to relay the complicated plot of the story and profile some of the major characters. A lot of the scenes are very quick, and I still had to leave a lot out. It's impossible to include every element of the story. The video doesn't run perfectly chronologically because neither does the anime. The flashbacks in the anime appear in the final episodes, and only then do you find out what happened before the story began.

I approve of this video.

WMV was annoying. Embrace the MP4. :)

Some of the technical effects (TV screen lines) were uncessary. Sync at time needed a tad more beat sync, but I think this was just awesome.

OK, that was cool.

It was also really complicated. Good work, but I think you may have tried to pack a bit too much into one video.

Also, your opening was a tad too fast. It was hard on the eyes and hard to follow.
