(NewEdge Productions)
First AMV I've completed in awhile after working with different projects and rejecting them. I tried a lot of new things and so far I'm pretty proud of the outcome.
It's not the best out there but I made this for the fun of it. I am also part of a new production group called NewEdge Productions which another member here is part of (Matt13346).
So with that I say enjoy!

EDIT: 30 second intro + 20 second outro..? Ok, that aside, there were a number of problems with the AMV, I'm not even going to bother going into the technical side of things. The most noticeable one for me was the lip-sync, which didn't add up at all with what was being said. It also seemed a little out of place and broke the flow of the AMV. That brings me to my second point, the flow and pacing of this seemed really random, scene cuts had no connection, and I would have preferred if you had chosen to tell a story rather than try to loosely do some lyric sync. The awkward flow kind of made me stop paying attention after around the halfway mark, simply because I wasn't following what was even going on.
It's far from a bad first attempt, and seeing as you made this for fun there's no point in taking it too seriously.

Well Lip syncing wasn't really my intention at most parts...at 00:56-00:59 for example I tried to do some lip syncing there I'll admit that.
And also tried to at 00:53-00:54 as well as at 2:10...but that was just about it...
I also didn't really try to go for a story I just wanted people to get the idea of Haruhi and Kyons teenage life and the fun they have as well as the typical teenage drama every now and then. And I was mostly syncing with the beat/rhythm of the song itself and not so much lyrics.
But hey even though I disagreed with some of what you said I respect your opinion....soooo yeah XD.

I happened to think it was good. Like every amv...it has it's ups and downs. I found some parts with the masking to be a bit weird (The ceiling light for one) to be weird, but it was really good for a first attempt.
I happened to think the overall sync was done very good as well. It does seem like this would be one of those amv's that you would sit down and actually have fun with.
Also, I happen to think that amv's with stories are overrated...Story or not...it was still fun to watch (Why does every amv have to have a story anyway?). Well, that is how "I" feel about this amv anyway. Good job *Gives cookie*

Thanx to Greiga Master @ RAMV for sig
