Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Hey oh! I'm a newcomer.
Nothing fancy, flow's not perfect.
Fair quality per hour spent on this ratio.

I am downloading because you read the stickies and the guides.

You deserve a cookie, a pat on the back, and a starfish for your awesome newbie behavior.

EDIT: It was pretty, but it didn't move me at all. :/

Very nice for a first video. =)
The visual quality was excellent. The editing was very simple, yet clean overall. I liked your scene selection for the most part (although some clips didn't really fit in my opinion and felt rather random), as it was quite original to sort of show Batou's and Motoko's "everyday life" simultaneously. In this regard you set the mood pretty well too. Keep it up!

Incidentally, nice announcement poster.

Thank you all.

Still waiting for my cookie, though.

DayWalker B.> Actually, there's a good part of randomness in everything I do. So, you're right.

Non. Ce n'est pas vrais.

For me, how a video moves me (or doesn't move me) is the defining characteristic. I thought your video was very well put together, but I just didn't feel it, so I was bored. Sorry. :(

Ah, une momente...

Song works surprisingly well. Gave it a kind of wry, poignant feeling. Some nice moments, particularly the 3D pans. Scene selection left me cold overall, though. A few fast action/high motion clips would do a lot to contrast against the slow pacing and mundane shots and make it more engaging.
