As much as this scares me, I think I'll give it a look over.

Hmm.. Seemed like a typical Naruto video with Sauske as the main inspiration.

The video quality was actually pretty good. MP4 Compression was well done, I just think it could have been better. The beat sync was a little over the place, but it was at least pretty consistant. Footage chosen is vastly overchosen, and there were signs of lip flap. The font on the video was Atrocious. It could have been so much better. But the words themeselves were actually pretty neat, and fit the video amazingly.

But!

This is, in my opinion, a prety average video. With a little more work, it would have been above average.

I actually liked the AMV. It's one of the few out there without millions of effects to make it "good". While anything in Naruto is hard to make original, I don't often find AMVs about Sasuke and his friendships and what-not, I usually find Itachi/Sasuke AMVs or AMVs all about Sasuke, so I liked this even more for that reason.
