Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

watched the gits video and was fed up with the style. editing was relatively okay yet not interesting at all and quality was pretty bad, didn't suck monkey balls tho.
other than that, the audio was srsly messed up, timeouts all the way.
I dunno if I'd watch some of those other vids, but I definitely can see some editing potential
just get around fixing all the technical errors
overall 4.5/10

And I'd suggest you Read <a href=http://www.a-m-v.org/guides/avtech31/>ErMaC & AbsoluteDestiny's Friendly AMV Guides</a> and you'd understand what he's talking about.

Meh. Da inner circle of evil is me.
I'm a iMovie veteran, and was shocked at the level of quality. I know iMovie personally can produce higher levels of quality than that. The editing was fine, but the repeated scenes were so obviously painful that it hurt. (Owie...)
Like people said before this became a flame war, you have potential, and you should use it , instead of arguing with people. That's just a waste of time and energy.
Meh. Evilness.
3/5
BTW - Music choice does not attribute to gender, as I have very strange tastes in music myself.

I decided to watch your newest one as i figure it shows your current technical know-how
first thoughts:
1. BEFORE DOWNLOADING: I saw this on "new vid on the block" and decided to not dl it cause it was a .mov (one of the few formats i will actually not download, unless i am interested in the sources) needless to say teh drama is what interested me in downloading one of your vids... not to mention HSR rules O.O
2. AFTER DOWNLOADING: open the file, and the resolution is really small. in its original resolution it doesn't look that bad, but when one tries to make it bigger, thats when it becomes really blurry and I can see some blocking, the blocking isn't too bad but the blurring makes it hard to see.. according to IMDB its supposed to be widescreen, but im not familiar with the show myself..
3. WHILE WATCHING: interesting choice syncing to the vocals.. with music like this one would generally expect the movement to be much faster.. also interesting choices in video filters... as others in this thread have said, the editing itself shows a lot of potential so don't stop making videos..
4. AFTER WATCHING: wank about "not blaming your tools" I've seen lots of crappy videos from Windows Movie Maker, but I have also seen lots of GOOD videos from Windows Movie Maker, and I'll tell you right now WMM probably has a lower reputation than iMovie does (but then again I've not heard much about iMovie cept that its the "mac version" of WMM) So, the best thing you can do is learn how to make higher quality videos with the tools you have. Learn how to export at higher quality, and learn how to compress to better quality...
as far as i know "Read <a href=http://www.a-m-v.org/guides/avtech31/>ErMaC & AbsoluteDestiny's Friendly AMV Guides</a>" doesn't cover Mac software.. but there are help forums on this site that might help you
