Yes you are allowed as long as you enter your video in your catalog. You can add in your video profil an indirect or direct link to the site.

Can you quickly please tell me the definition of Digital effects? I dont know whether to tick it or not. im getting really tired,literally.

Even though it says 9:58, its 11:00 over here.

EDIT. And btw, its a link which directs you to a site where you can watch it, like youtube, but its not youtube.

You added filters or effects in your editing software? Congratulation you made some effects! If you only did some small collor corrections and nobody will mention them, I wouldn´t check the box.
