Well it's another Sakura Taisen video (no it's not the only thing I'm planning on doing videos for), this one was kind of difficult. The Lip Synch could have been better and I'm going to experiment more with that but otherwise I feel it turned out nicely. Let me know what you think.

Lip sync could use some help, I generally use 2-3 frames per mouth position, and don't be afraid to look elsewhere to get mouths if that series of frames only has open/closed. The more inbetween frames, the better it looks.
Quality could have been filtered more, but it didn't detract from the viewing.
The beat sync could have been on more, the snape for example right around 10, either move the staff to stamp down with it, or, listening to the audio, it sounds like you might have been able to cut it out, and use a transition to mask it over.
Overall though, I was amused. 3/5.

Totally with Orwell on this one. Amusing stuff, cool idea that definitely justifies a video. But... technically flawed.
Reconsider the basic 'action' editing as you used it here (it's really flat at this point), fix the lip-sync and filter/compress it better, and you'll have a real winner.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I'm not really sure what you mean by the action editing? The scene choices for these two characters are rather limited... I might make a remastered version once the final DVD comes out... but really I used most of the scenes these two characters were in (and most of the other ones wouldn't work very well).Otohiko wrote: Reconsider the basic 'action' editing as you used it here (it's really flat at this point), fix the lip-sync and filter/compress it better, and you'll have a real winner.
Lip-synch... I actually just used the lip movements as they were found in the animation themselves and sped them up or slowed them down, I didn't manipulate on a per-frame basis, I would of, had I more time, but most of the lip synch comes from the second DVD which I just got in... and I wanted to submit it for AE which cuts off today.
But I'm glad you like the concept and will probably make a better version once DVD 3 comes out.
