The 3rd party sellers section on Amazon is as notorious as Ebay for housing bootlegs. Also, some sellers tend to use stock photos, so judging from picture alone is often a bad idea.

yes, but if you are anywhere near unsatisfied, you can file a claim with Amazon and get your money back (of course you'll have to send it back). Or you can ask the seller and if they usually tell you too.
I got the whole collection of Now & Then, Here & There + a bonus disc for under $10 that was still shrink-wrapped... and it was an official US release too.
