Heh, I've never made a dbz-lp vid, but I have made some for yyh. There was a bit of angst aimed at me for the use of the song, but the *way* I used it differed from the majority of other anime vids used - and that made the difference to me. I don't care whether an anime/music combo has been done before, or even if you're using scenes that are most commonly used (like those fights you mentioned) - for me it's the story those scenes take place in that decides whether the vid is 'cliche' or not. I'll tell you quickly, make what you enjoy watching, make it for yourself first, and have fun doing it - you'll be much happier in the long run. ^_^

Indeed. It just happened that the ideas I got, I hadn't seen done yet. I'm in the middle of finishing up a 14-part video series, the likes I've which I've never seen. But maybe someone's done something like it.

Hello and welcome and welcome to the forums. (Damn, I'm starting to sound like a robot.)
Anyway, have a nice day and as long as your happy with the amv's you make, it doesn't matter what flamers think.
Also, I'd like to add that this is one of the nicest welcomes in a long time. Nobody has spammed yet. Anywho, good luck with making your amv's.

Welcome...... to the forums ...... enjoy.....
"Light in the absence of eyes illuminates nothing. Visible forms are not inherent in the world but are granted by the act of seeing. Events contain no meaning in themselves only the meaning that the mind imposes on them...yet the world endures,...whether or not the mind exists..."
