I need help setting up a link for my videos and they can only be played in windows media player how do i do that.

Perhaps you could be a little more specific? And posting in the correct forum may help as well.

Are your videos on an ftp server? Or are they hosted elsewhere? It's hard to help when you're being so...vague

They are also mpeg files. But how do find someone to host my videos?

Well, you have two options.

#1. You can shell out the cash and pay for a host.
or
#2. You can wait for the Golden Donut to start.

And actually I lied, there are two more options beside that.

#3. Find a friend with hosting.
#4. Host files from your own computer.

Really that's all you can do. Some people use geocities and such with smaller files, or put their videos on P2P applications like Kazaa. Problem with such means is that they are unreliable.
