Heh, sounds like an AMV title already...I call dibs

Anyways, I am searching any and all sort of anime that has, well, lots of human death. Preferably from invisible forces where you can't see exactly what kills them.(i.e. Death Note, Elfen Lied) And the anime should also have a few sorrowful scenes, as in someone crying over a lost family member (i.e. Nina from FullMetal Alchemist...NOTE: Must buy FMA BoxSet ^^) If anyone has any they can think of, feel free to let me know...I'm sure you have a few in your collection, Kev.

aside from the main chick whining to be with her boyfriend all the time saikano is pretty screwed up and fun timez... the whining really killed it for me... heh..

Some scenes in Evangelion might work... (especially in The End of Evangelion) O.o lots of blood and carnage there :3 I'm mostly thinking of Asuka's death

Rahxephon also has a scene that would really suit the whole killing them but you can't see what it is... I can't remember the ep off hand but i do know the same scene is in the movie as well, so that would make it easier. it's when the salmon pink haired girl dies.. i can't remember her name..

There's some deaths in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni that are from unseen forces. Now, the unseen forces are causing people to physically commit suicide, but it's still unseen forces causing it.

And then of course there's lots of deaths where one person just outright kills another, whether it has anything to do with good old Oyashiro-sama or not. =\

Haven't seen the second series yet, so I can't comment on it. I'd imagine it has some too, though.

Do they have to die? Like if you want people just falling down in mysterious "what got them" sort of way you could use many scenes where gas or spells are used.

For instance, Saiyuki where the gas makes the guys pass out. Also in Naruto where the fake Anbu put everyone in the chunin exam area to sleep.

End of Eva sounds right up my alley, I have the series and I have ideas from footage there too, was going to get the movies the first chance i got.

Hn...suicide might work, but not exactly sure if it will fit the criteria...hopefully one of those suicide scenes might have someone with their wrists slit while laying in a bathtub of water and/or blood... But I'll check it out, thanks.

As morbid as this is going to sound...yes, they must die. I haven't seen Saiyuki so I don't know if that scene would work, if they looked dead, maybe. And that Naruto scene, if I remember correctly, there were angel feathers floating around, right? I think that might just work out.
