Looking for beasties

Looking for the following:

1) Beasts/Creatures/Non-humans that manipulate electricity

2) Beasts/Creatures/Non-humans that manipulate ice or cold

3) Anime involving insects in a hopefully un-creepy way

4) Anime involving bears as a minor character/mascot etc.

Thank you for any and all suggestions!!!

3. loveless has alot of butterflies in it.... or there is always pokemons...

4. the bear in full metal panic (i think is actually a mouse, but it looks more like a bear to me)

Pokemon for all of them except #4, but there's an episode or two of abenobashi that have a bear as a main part.

I've only ever seen fumoffu, is it in the others? And I totally see it as a koala(bear)

In addition, episode 11 of samurai champloo involves beetle fighting. (yay)

There's always ROD for insects, and you could use Bleach for the bear.

3. In spite of the fact they're the antagonists, the Bugrom in El Hazard aren't so much creepy...in fact, a lot of times they're often played more to comedic effect.

yugioh for the first three as well.

I think Naruto also would have a ton if not all of what your looking for, I am not sure about lightning/ice but I havent seen to far into the show either.

There is in season 1 the guy who manipulates water (if it helps), and his bodyguard also has a technique that uses mirrors which look a lot like ice blocks.

Lightning, well I dont know.

and bugs, I also am not sure but I for some reason remember a character from Naruto being made of bugs, is it the guy who can talk to flies or am I smoking crack again?
