Find a Scene

I need a particular scene for an Anime Video I've been working on and I don't know where to find it.

To the Mods: I am asking for the name of the DVD so that I may buy it, not download it.

Here's my problem: I know there is a scene with Rau Le Creuset without his mask on somewhere. It is not in the normal episodes, but I heard it was in of the the extra movies and I can't figure out which one it is. No worries, I am planning on "buying legally" the DVD that the scene is on. I wanted the movies anyways I just want this one first. So if anyone has any idea where I can find the Le Creuset without his mask scene, please tell me the name of the DVD.

The scene you're looking for is in movie III, the Mendel colony scene.
