Production groupes?

Im New here and would like to know how do productions work*i understand they maek videos and stuff* but how do they get created and how do they work together on it ?

Basically it's just a group of people that you can be identified with, like a clique.

As if this morning, traxx studio's are seven people strong.
Most of us have no idea what we are doing, but we have fun doing it ^^

All a Production Crew is are people with a common goal - which we now have.
