i do it beccause i figure if i keep making them, eventually, the pictures in my head will stop :p

I consider myself an artist. You can't even say the word "artist" without sounding like an ego asshole though, so take that in stride.

I don't edit all the time, but when I do it absolutely takes over my life. I usually try to say something with my videos (War, Imagine, HTTT) because I like the idea of exposing people to my point of view in an entertaining way. Its a cool way of expressing myself

But more importantly, I edit so I have something to watch. I enjoy so few videos now-a-days and its definitly motivated me to edit more and combat these awful videos.

That's pretty much what i'm talking about.

When you start something, you just get it in the back of your head, and it consumes every moment of your life... you hear the song at work, you think of ideas during lunch, and you edit during dinner.

I'm trying to decide whether it's called being obbsessed or being an artist, might just be both.

But you're right, it does make things get done.
Although.

It also drives you crazy trying to get everything perfect.

Thats why my Evangelion video still isnt done.
