There's quite a few brown-haired guys who know how to fight in GetBackers so not quite sure who you mean. Well, you can always check the official character list on the site to figure out which character it is. But if you want a real martial artist you should check out Condor Hero, it's a Wu Xia anime that I'm working on making an AMV of right now. Ashitaka's the name of the guy from Princess Mononoke.

For a summoner you could use Kaze from Final Fantasy Unlimited. Granted he uses a demon gun to summon, he does summon. Or the other guy from FFU. His name translates into white cloud. He slashes a bottle of mist to summon a dragon.

Faye Valentine for female theif [Cowboy Bebop]. I can't remember
much about the X characters right now but I'm sure that at least one could
fit for you.

I think Hikaru from MKR is a good choice for squire, if you use her lightly-armored, mostly school-uniform look it looks appropriately enough like the outfit a low level female swordsman or squire would look. She's wearing it most of the time in season 2 of MKR.

For Chemist, I don't think there's very many male characters that throw strange items. However there's a couple anime guys who wear labcoats in anime I've seen lately. There's Duero from Vandread. He's a 17 year old Taraku medical student who is always calm and mostly serious. There's also Miahara Ichirou, usually nicknamed "Icchan," the crazy mad scientist-like creator of Angelic Layer. He does a bunch of wacky stuff and is always wearing a labcoat.

If you don't mind substituting a mecha for the role of male lancer, I suggest using Gundam Wing and one of Wufei's Gundam's three looks. After all it's armor looks pretty dragon-y, it imitates the fighting style of a dragon, and it has a lance (or trident).

For male Ninja, I personally suggest Recca from Flame of Recca, in the beginning he uses smokebombs and normal ninja-y stuff. If not Recca, then probably one of the male ninja cadets from Ninja Cadets! If you want a more dead-serious super-leet ninja, there's still a great many other anime with ninjas like Ninja Scroll (obviously) and the Samurai Shodown Movie.

You could use Crim from .hack//Sign for the male lancer. And you might be able to work with using Joey from Yugi-Oh as the male time mage. There was one episode where he used a time wizard card.

I have never watched an epsiode of Yugi-Oh...don't have cable...so I have no clue who this character is.
I'll ponder on Crim for a bit.
