If the files size is lower that means you can put MORE on your site!

Yes, but it also means it's looks worse. So instead of a few good things you have MORE crap things...

I used the dvds for Dragon Bebop Z except for a few scenes that were only available on vhs at the time.

I'm making a vid with DVD rips...I get AHQ rips because I can't afford DVDs..

The DBZ AMV I plan to do as a grudge will use DVD rips exclusively.

...wait, that's right. You guys don't care that much about it to spend money on it This isn't a hobby (I want to say lifestyle, but I think that's too strong a word) to you, more just a time filler. That, or a way to get the chicks.

Most hobby's are just time fillers, however much you want to put into that hobby is up to how much you wish to indulge it. Like it not being a hobby is a bad thing. The fact you nearly said lifestyle is actually quite shocking and scary to me.

And download resumers are fair enough if you have free internet, are willing to leave the internet on for long periods of time, and/or have a second line.

Anyhoo a lot of people don't use DBZ DVDs due to the casual massiveness of the series...
