Yes, very.

I mean so many people have actually going these anime clubs, and found that they like watching Anime videos. but what does it really mean

This means that, from time to time, if our projectors go out of tune, if our anime club coordinator falls over in a soft fit of drug-induced extasy, we will kick him gently and stop to watch some AMV's on some dude's laptop
