Oh, I'm sure I wouldn't know the song. ^_^; I don't know many songs, let alone Japanese ones. But you can definitely try the chatroom (on the member main page - as long as you're logged in your aim should take you to the chatroom automatically).

For converting wavs it depends. I use BeSweet (link found in the 'all things audio and video' guide on the member main page - namely in the 'audio' section). But it doesn't work on all wav files, so don't be surprised if it tries but fails. It's worth a shot. Otherwise...I know you can record mp3s to wav if you have windows XP just by right-clicking and selecting 'record to'. I'm not sure if it works the other way around (wav to mp3) or not. Again, it's worth a shot.

If you find BeSweet too complex or something, Audacity (audio editing prog) to convert from wav to mp3. Just load the wav and save as mp3. ^_^

I don't know, I don't use Winamp. But Audacity is also good for cutting songs, and doing various other useful edits.

You can convert wav to mp3 using Apple's free iTunes (at least if they left the feature when porting it from Mac to PC, but I believe both version are functionally almost identical).
