Heh, that's just what my reviews were like until I got one from SSJVegita0609 - he wrote a detailed one, broke it down into categories, pinpointed his favorite parts (time frames so I could see what he meant), and then pointed out the problems in the action sync (again giving the times - I'd never really thought to pause and do that). Getting his review really made me think about what sort of things to look for when writing them.
*feels special

My philosophy on ops is to give ops that I myself would enjoy recieving (not in terms of scores, but in terms of content, detail, and constructive criticism). I do plan on giving out more ops over the summer now that I have broadband, I've only done 64 at this point.

BTW Ari, in terms of total words done in ops, you've got MJ beat by about 100,000.

You're an inspiration for all those who want to be more helpful.

I'm verbose! ^_^;; Just imagine the damage I could do if I weren't on dial-up. o.o

;p If you want ops, you know where to drop the link (though you're already on my list). ^.~

I haven't seen you do any op exchanges...did you just stop? I do them once in a while, but not often.

But you know if you want reviews, you can always take me up on my offer in the op exchange section - probably not much I can help you with, but it's free feedback. ^.~

Yeah Xeno, I thought your "review" for my Eva video was awesome. Copy and pasting our entire hour long AIM convo into it. Nice touch. When half the words aren't even yours.

:P
Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with it. There were some parts I still found helpful.

Oh, you don't have to do a review for me. ^_^; I was offering a free review since I don't have your name on my charts (as someone I've reviewed) - and I *should* have reviewed at least one of your vids since I do know your name so well. I've been remiss. ^_^ If you have one in particular you can post a link for it here:

Heh, if you do want to do an actual exchange, I'm not sure what video I would give you to review. I usually only do exchanges if I have a vid that fits the other person's 'likes' as far as anime/music/genre goes. Editing wise, I have a bad track record.

As for copy & pasting for reviews - I admit, I've done this before, and will continue to do it. I have a sort of 'guide' written up for people using windows movie maker who need help cleaning their footage and producing to nice quality. I've been known to copy and past a paragraph or so out of that guide depending on the video I'm reviewing. I just kept repeating myself so much that I decided to make it standard - that way I won't leave anything out. But I only do it if it fits the video's problems, and is something I would have told the creator anyway - it saves me from having to explain the same steps over and over - I just look back to my template. #^_^#
