As long as you have a plce to work from that's ok as well.
"Silent" members are also welcome. These members might have the knowledge but not the time to make stuff. Other members might ask for advice from the "Silent" member who can tehn reply when he get's the mail.
Generally most people seem "scared" of obligating themselfs / joining cause their scared they won't be able to commit themselfs fulltime.
I'm not requesteing you to join and drop your life completely until somethign is finished. I understand that people have lifes to live and things to do. This is another advantage of working in a group. If a person started with a group project and can't finish it (for whatever reason) he can then sent what he has done through to a member and then another member might continue with his part of the project.
It's just the general "comitment" to the cause. As long as you looking to making a positive contribution to the group in some way all is welcome.
For those interested in what "BIG PROJECTS" I'm planning to do I'll PM them this weekend. Still have to finalise some ideas.
Beeing able to be up, late is to talk to other members is not a BIG requirement but it would be nice if everybody could be online in one chat room then we could have "a nice big meeting"
