I wrote a simple email asking for permission when I did AR1, with a link to a half finished part of my video as a sample. He was thrilled about the fact that I even wanted to use his music, and gave me a big thumbs up to go ahead. Simple fact remains, its not hard to ask for permission first, and sometimes you'll get more out of it if you do
