Burning document scene?

Post by Orwell » Thu Jun 01, 2006 5:01 pm

I'm looking for a scene where they set document(s) and such on fire, preferably in a modern setting.

Right of the bat I can only think of Full Metal Alchemist (ep 18 I believe), the part where a library burns down. In Boold+ there is also some documents burning if I remember correctly.

Just give the more "political" Animes a look, usually there's a lot of documents and many ways of destroying them in them.

Well, I hope I could help so far. If I stumble over any burning documents scene I'll tell you.

There's a scene in Haunted Junction where a resignation paper (being submitted by one kid) is burnt by another kid with a lighter, in a classroom setting. It's a comedy scene in one of the first episodes of the series (possibly *the* first episode). You can rent the 2disc series at netflix, btw.

Somewhere around the 19th episode of ROD TV is a scene where a large pile of books is burned.

There's the scene in Noir (repeated many times) where the Soldats' secret documents are shown burning. Also if I'm recalling correctly I think there is a scene like that in Monster season one.. the episode called Kinderheim 511..
