No, it means that many individuals came across various AMVs such as hell 3 through secondary and terciary sources and decided they'd post them on google's video streaming service as well as several other webcasts in horrible quality because they think it will make them cool. The result? Further garnering unwanted attention from certain groups that shall remain nameless.
