I feel old for remembering that.
That video can't be that old...the song isn't old.
:? Damn, forgot the name of the girl/woman that sings it, she's Brazilian.

Ah! Remembered it's Elissa with Mamboleo. I love that song  and the AMV of course.

I could've sworn I read on the editor's site that she was Canadian.

*sweat drop*

 That she is...
Got confused; damn her for using a Latin beat.
She *should* be Brazilian or something.

Anyways the song isn't old, it's from 1999-2000.

She could still be Brazilian even if she lives in Canada you know... There is a long list of possibilities for that.

Indeed. :)
Taking what I know about her (bio, general stuff) she must have latin roots somewhere (her name is a testament to that).
But she's known as a Canadian artist so she was probably born in Canada.
Like Nelly Furtado, her family's Portugese but she's Canadian...

 Arg, The minute a find someone to host the videos the minute they go down or dissapear. I am in the process of looking for a new hoster. I am also still looking into means of hosting them myself (that's the ultimate goal of course). In the mean time the website is up and running minus the video files. I'll try to find time to go through an update everything soon. (Dispite loving my job and the money, these hours are killing my hobbies).

Argh! Now you have that song stuck in my head and I have no way to listen to it (no p2p on my campus.) Can anyone send me a copy of Odorikuruu? I would be eternally grateful.

As far as age, 4-5 years isn't a long time for music but in the realm of AMV's it comprises a good chunk of the history of this hobby. When that video came out a lot of people were still using 2 VCRs and it was considered a very flashy "effectsy" video.
