AVISynth is installed as part of the AMVapp.

Well I am nEWBIE AND i AM HAPY EVERYONE TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE THEIR INSIGHT, MY THEORY IS A LITTLE FLAWED BUT IT CAN WORK JUST THE SAME BY USING SIMPLER PROGRAMS AND WHATNOT RIGHT?

Can I ask one question... how do I strip the audio from the avi Files in WMMM?

You can't strip audio in wmm - but if you want to make your clips silent, you can choose to make the 'video' silent in the 'audio' options - looks like a little microphone on the left of the timeline. If you want the audio track from an avi file, try using VirtualDub and ripping the wav from it - that usually works well.
