What I suggest is a kinda a sub-genre, I guess.

Either adding new subtitles, or even new dubbing to anime, preferably deadly serious shows, that make it all hilarious. Tainted Donuts added new subs to its intro to make it work. Shining Collection did both at once, actually. You may not have seen that one. Give it a go.

What you are suggesting is a parody fansub/fandub? I think it's been done before, but just never posted to the org I think.
