I noticed the rise in Trigun videos, but I'd thought Bebop had been common for a while now. Have those animes increased in distribution or something?

Trigun was always airly popular, as was Bebop... suppose they've been spinning them on CN for long enough for everyone and their grandma to realize that they might make cool AMV's.

Just that... yea... everyone and their grandma wants to do it. At times, the AMV thing seems like a bit of a bandwagon (which is selling short some awesome creative creators, but nevertheless - I am detecting a 'me-too' trend in many cases...)
