I think it's "Kakugo".

I remember he did them to Apocalypse Zero*, and searching for that, I found that the full English release title is "Apocalypse Zero: Kakugo Complete".

(*Except the Makai Tensho/Ninja Resurrection one)

Either of the two Vampire Hunter D films, especially the bloodbath scene near the end of Bloodlust.

Also, Perfect Blue has some pretty blood-stained scenes.
