Hilary Swank - Nichol from Gundam SEED (the one female ZAFT pilot, and one of the only ones who doesn't look it, working with the "I'm really a girl you know...")

Trebek = Either Jet, Gendo, or the Stalker (G Gundam)

Keanue Reeves = For some reason your description seems to fit Shinji eerily (well, yes, so it's technically brown hair instead of black, it looks black most of the time)

Ghim from Record of Lodoss War (for some reason it seems easy to picture him saying some of Connery's lines)
