but I have no clue to even start.

Can someone help me to pinpoint this one video I saw probably in 2000 or around that time.

All I can explain of it was:

It was a large multi-anime video. I'm pretty sure it had a lot of audio too. It started off as "Warning, this video may cause: Dizzyness (shows a dizzy anime character), vomiting (shows one vomiting)"

That's all I remember of it...I would like to find that one again.
