Anti-Necropost or Anti-"Repeated-Threads"

Are you the kind of person who hate it most when people post in a thread when it's been absent of any recent posts?

Or do you hate it most when people make the same threads over again?

i don't really care unless its on my forum cuase all the old topics are like long over discussed and shouldn't be brougt back up... my forum sucks tho
