One Piece jokes in Sinbad

Since this is sort-of-anime-but-not-really, I figured this was the easiest place to put it.

I highly doubt this was intentional on DreamWorks' part in Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, but for anyone out there who's seen ot read One Piece, is it just me, or did you find a few glaring in-jokes, too?

1) In the beginning when Sinbad does that stick-two-swords-in-the-ground-and-pivotal-kick maneuver, I couldn't help but think "Sanji did it befoooore yooou...and he didn't need the swords, so HA!"

2) Rats (the swinging Italian dude) moved disturbingly like Luffy. The only thing he DIDN'T do was stretch.

3) Marina the smart butt-kicking, fresh-talking, pirate-bribing solo female reminded me of Nami even before she mentioned (with great gusto) that she could navigate.

4) Even Erys reminded me of an unhealthy mix of One Piece's most memorable villains: Bon Clay's shapeshifting ability, Arlong's army of really ugly sea monsters, Kuro's creepy psychopathic nature, and Alvida's vanity.

It's been a while since I've seen the movie, so these are the only ones I can really remember offhand. Anyone else's thoughts?
