Did anyone else out there manage to get the Golden Saucer date with Yuffie instead of Aeris or Tifa? I found it amusing. You can get Barret instead as well... but I'm not gonna go through the game again to see that. *Shudders*

I haven't played that in such a long time...I think I did that once, *I basically saved and then tried all three* I think I stuck with Aeris though...

I'm not patient enough to blow of Tifa and Aeris so much. Nor patient enough to put off getting Yuffie until the Golden Saucer. Ya just have to have a kid ninja with you! NO EXCUSES

From the FAQ I read you can only get Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie, or Barret. And what you have to do to control who you get... it'd pretty much be impossible to get Yuffie or Barret unless you knew what you were doing. It's really kind of weird. It's on gamefaqs, I think it's called Golden Saucer Date Mechanics or something like that.

But it was freaking funny cause

Curse my mishaps while using codes... ah well you still need to highlight it to be able to read it well unless you wanna give yourself a brain anuirism or however you spell it.

I got the date with Aeris, but I don't feel like playing through again just to get the others.

The way to scare off Tifa is when she asks whether you're going to make it in the cellar of the mansion, you tell her no about 100 times. Aeris you have to ignore and not buy things. Yuffie you just plain don't get at that stage of the game. And Barret... well, if you're patient enough, he should be attainable.

That's why you just save in all the cool places and play later ^^

I did that with the Golden Saucer, and certain minigames...and in FFVIII with that beautiful musical interlude *teary eyed*
