Post subject: Changing user name

Hi,

I became a member in January, but when I went to login, the site didn't recognize my account. It said I was unverified, and though I looked for an email that I may not have replied to, I couldn't find one. So, like an idiot, I went and signed up for a different account, with a slight modification in my name. After I'd verified that account (the one I'm using now), I set about a making a pledge. But when I came back to the site I accidentally (naturally) signed in with the name I usually use. And it worked. The problem is this - I can't simply use my first account since I've already promised a pledge for the second. So is there any way I can have the first account deleted and my name changed to that one? If I have any choice in the matter, I'd rather not have my amvs up under a different name (even if it's only one letter that I changed). But there's no reason to have two accounts, with the pledge given on the account I don't want to use. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Aside from my posts in the opinions section I guess this was my first REAL post, I was sooo happy I started a new topic with this, I got like 5-7 pages long and I wuz all like HOLY SHIT I'M POPULAR NOW, FUCKING ROX

Recently it was mentioned it a Newtype magazine that there was some very serious talks going down involving an Evangelion live action movie. Those who have read this article know that there where some very tantalizing artwork skeches of the movie so my questions are this:

1: "Based on those pictures and rumors of the live action movie what do you think the movie would turn out like."
(hopefully not like the godawful dbz live actions)

2:"do you think it would turn out well even if the entire original crew from eva gathered for it and Hideaki Anno wrote the script himself."
Base your response on the assumption that they would have unlimited funds and a large supply of time.

Topic: 'What's you fave. Animes of all time?'

KareKano, I'd have to say, is my favorite. Touching, funny, true- there's never a moment when anything the characters say doesn't seem to ring true.

The usual spread of Evangelion, FLCL etc.- Eva for the depth of imagery it contains and the depth of the characters, FLCL for the noise Haruko's RickenBacker 4001X bass makes when she hits things with it.

Kenshin, Bebop and Serial Experial Experiments Lain. Especially Lain. It relates to me on some level I can't identify, deep down, and the images are very strong to me- blood in shadows, uncertainty of one's worth; powerful things.

And say, Monarch, who have you got your eye on in Eva, huh?
