There is no legal basis for lawsuits against a company for the intentional misuse of it's products by an outside party. Proof must be presented that said company either decieved the users of its products functions, incited the misuse of its product in some manner, or did not take reasonable measures to prevent the misuse of its product for a lawsuit to be presented.
I think there should be some rule where if you sue and lose, you have to pay the other parties legal expenses.
I've always thought that would be a good idea.
I might also add that this videogame suing frenzy seems similar to companies being sued for their products even though the real problem is stupid children and stupid parenting.
So yeah, I'm not surprised in the slightest by these stupid suits.
