If they atleast warned him, if they were like, "Hey look, you can't be acting like that around here, we have rules that you're breaking. all we're doing is warning you now, but it needs to be stopped" I'd drop this argument.
I think MOD 467 said that, just indirectly. Besides, they should have said that to neone who attacks neone on the board if that's the case.
